The Grand Sapphire Marquee in Qadirabad stands as the benchmark for luxury banquet architecture and pre-engineered steel construction in Punjab. Commissioned to accommodate high-capacity regional wedding gatherings and grand corporate galas, the complex features three identical large-span structural steel halls (84 × 125 ft each), an expansive central lobby atrium, commercial production kitchens, VIP bridal suites, and a dedicated high-tonnage HVAC plant.
Structural Framework & Column-Free Spans
Each of the three grand halls was engineered as an unobstructed column-free space measuring 84 feet wide by 125 feet long. Fabricated using high-tensile ASTM A572 Grade 50 steel plates, the rigid portal frames feature moment-resisting haunch connections designed to resist extreme Punjab wind gusts (up to 130 km/h) while supporting multiple 800 kg crystal chandelier loads suspended directly from the rafters.
Integrated MEP & High-Tonnage HVAC
Catering to 2,500 simultaneous guests in midsummer temperatures exceeding 46°C required a robust mechanical cooling design. Fusion Developers coordinated a low-velocity ducted HVAC system delivering 1 ton of refrigeration per 120 sq ft, paired with acoustic linear diffusers that maintain whisper-quiet NC-30 noise levels during live speeches and musical performances.
Luxury PVD Finishes & Architectural Interior
Interior styling transitions seamlessly from industrial structural steel to opulent luxury. The entrance porticos and lobby partitions feature custom CNC laser-cut SS304 screens finished with Titanium Gold Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD). Over 2,000 custom gold stainless steel banquet chairs and marble-topped dining tables were fabricated to establish a cohesive aesthetic throughout.
