Commercial Building FUS-29 represents Fusion Developers' expertise in managing the complex nexus of structural engineering, deep geotechnical excavation, and statutory municipal regulatory approvals in Lahore. The project required rigorous coordination with the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) and the Punjab Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for an Initial Environmental Examination (IEE).
Deep Excavation & 16,565 m³ Spoil Disposal Plan
Constructing two levels of underground parking in a congested urban Lahore sector required deep excavation totaling 16,565 cubic meters of earth. Fusion Developers engineered a comprehensive spoil management plan adhering to Punjab EPA standards, deploying designated dust-suppressed trucking corridors and designated landfill sites.
Raft Foundation & Seismic Moment Frame
Geotechnical soil testing indicated cohesive clayey silt with water table considerations. Our structural team engineered a 1.2-meter thick reinforced concrete raft foundation with bottom-slab drainage sumps and an ACI 318 ductile moment-resisting concrete frame providing high seismic energy dissipation.
