In addition to delivering the structural engineering design and on-site QC supervision for over 35 metric tons of structural steel, our team was engaged to conduct a comprehensive financial statement reconciliation and contractor audit of the SBW Engineering account.

Structural Engineering & Fabrication Oversight

The structure utilizes portal-frame PEB design engineered to withstand severe wind loads and seismic accelerations. Our site engineers conducted ultrasonic non-destructive testing (NDT) on full-penetration butt welds, certified high-strength bolt torque calibrations, and verified plumbness of all erected columns.

Forensic Contract Audit & Material Reconciliation

When contractor billing discrepancies arose, Fusion Developers performed a forensic audit cross-referencing 60+ verified certified weighbridge weight slips, mill test certificates, and actual measured on-site steel tonnage. Our audited reconciliation dossier eliminated millions in unwarranted duplicate billing and established transparent contract closure under Pakistani engineering standards.
